5.2 What you may do

You may link to any page, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back, as the fair-dealing provisions of the Copyright Act 98 of 1978 allow.

5.3 What you may not do

You may not copy whole articles or images, republish content commercially, scrape the site, or use its content to train artificial intelligence systems, without my written permission.

5.4 Requesting removal

If you believe material on this website infringes your rights or is unlawful, email info@sheetalcross.com with:

• your full name, address, telephone number and email address;

• a signature (a typed name is acceptable in email);

• a description of the right you say is infringed or the unlawful nature of the material;

• the exact address (URL) of the material;

• what you want done (for example removal or correction);

• a statement that you act in good faith; and

• a statement that the information in your notice is correct and, if you act for someone else, that you are authorised to do so.

I may remove or restrict the material while I investigate. This procedure follows the approach in section 77 of ECTA.
