Sheetal Cross is a private body under the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). You may request access to records I hold by emailing my Information Officer at info@sheetalcross.com, using the form prescribed under PAIA (available from the Information Regulator at http://www.inforegulator.org.za). I will respond within 30 days, as the Act requires, and may charge the prescribed fees. Records may be refused on the grounds PAIA allows, such as protecting another person’s privacy or confidential sources.
